Birch Hill Ski & Snowboard Area in Fairbanks, Alaska

Every time I come here there is some sort of small issue or or a group of small issues Like today Sunday March 25th there is no heat in the main portion of the lodge where the seating is and the small cafeterias connected to Every time I've come here the cafeteria has very limited food in their out of many things in the drink coolers are usually less than half full and there's no coffee all the little issues I've experienced leads me to believe it is poorly managed Also when I brought my kids the week of spring break they completely have the wrong hours listed on the phone recording and they completely have the wrong hours posted on the doors of the building Don't get me wrong the kids can still have fun skiing in tubing but for a military institution it's hard for me to believe there's so many little idiosyncrasies and issues when we come And to top it off it's posted on the doors that no outside food or drink are allowed yet the cafeteria restaurant is not even open today March 25th and again they're always out of many of their menu items and don't have basic things such as coffee
