Miles to go Alaska in Fairbanks, Alaska

We had a wonderful trip!! They were able to fit us in on a Sunday when we took a last minute trip up to Fairbanks. My husband and I went together for the 1 hour tour and we each got to switch off and on sitting and standing on the sled. The owners are very friendly and truly care about their dogs. They had all the winter gear needed to keep you warm including boots! and I am cold blooded by nature so I was quite impressed at the amount of gear offered to keep us warm. In the middle of the ride, we stopped at a beautiful area with good lighting where we got to take pictures of us and the dogs. There was no rushing us or hurrying us to finish. It was leisurely and we were able to get all the photos we wanted. When we were done with the ride we were offered hot tea and cookies. What a nice way to end! They even took a picture for us as we arrived so we have a nice keepsake of us in action. I highly recommend them for your dog sledding adventures!! You won't meet nicer people. :)

I would highly recommended doing this!! My boyfriend and I did the 1 hour ride and loved every second of it. It was by far one of the coolest things I’ve ever done! All of his dogs are beautiful and as sweet as they come. They take great care of their dogs, and you can tell throughout the entire ride. He stopped his pack about every 10/15 minutes so the dogs could cool off in the snow (it was 4 degrees when we went, and he said his dogs like it to be -20)! If I had the chance to go dog sled riding again, I would hands down go back to Benoit’s business. I’m a huge animal lover and the way he treats his dogs is simply outstanding. Don’t pass this opportunity up!! Thanks again Ben—Alexander and I had a blast!
