News Home Fairbanks, Alaska (KINY) - On Jun. 28 at 3:29 am, the University of Alaska Fairbanks Police Department attempted to pull over a stolen Dodge Caravan on Chena Pump Road in Fairbanks. The driver refused to pull over, and a pursuit was initiated. Troopers responded to assist with the pursuit. On Chena Pump Road near Cheyenne Court, the vehicle collided with a marked Alaska State Trooper vehicle ending the pursuit. The driver of the vehicle, 43-year-old Fairbanks resident Bryon Kozevnikoff exited the vehicle refusing to follow Trooper commands.
