FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTUU) - A man who called himself the Pablo Escobar of Fairbanks has been sentenced to a total of 65 years in prison on charges related to a drug trafficking and robbery. On June 21, 33-year-old Cody Stockton was sentenced to 50 years behind bars for first-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. The following day, he received an additional 15 years for first-degree robbery. The court believes Stockton was the leader of a drug trafficking enterprise in which he trained women to carry narcotics in their bodies on flights between states.
