Assault • Zachary Attla Tiulana, 24, of Anchorage, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor fourth-degree assault after Alaska State Troopers responded to a report that a woman was screaming at the Golden North Motel. According to court documents, a woman told troopers that she and Tiulana came to Fairbank to catch a flight to Huslia, and when they missed the flight, they decided to stay at the Golden North Mote. Tiulana had been drinking alcohol, and the woman had not. She said that Tiulana had been yelling at her throughout the day because she was talking to a new boyfriend.
